GenForce considers an “Applicant” as an individual who is going through the hiring process and has NOT been given a conditional offer of employment by the hiring agency.
The applicant will be given pre-employment assessments that are not medical in nature. These pre-employment test/s or assessments are to aid the hiring agency in making a determination to move the applicant to the next level; Candidate status.
GenForce considers “Candidate” status to means that you have been given a conditional offer of employment from the hiring agency. The candidate will be given a battery of psychological test that consist of questions to ascertain the psychological suitability for employment in the protective service occupation and or other high risk employment settings.
